K2's Recon series is an all-mountain machine. The boot is ideal for those who want a comfortable but still stiff boot that can be used for everything. The stiffness of the boot is due, among other things, to K2's powerfuse spyne technology, which is a reinforced element on the calf of the boot. The boot performs well whether it is on the piste, in the park or in deep snow.

To make the boot comfortable, the outer shell is made with K2's powerlite construction and the inner boot with precisionfit. This allows the entire boot to be shaped using heat.
