RIGHT OF REFUSAL FOR CHRISTMAS SHOPPING 2025.

Terms and conditions for Christmas 2025, effective as of 24/11/2025.

Special exchange and cancellation rules apply for the 2025 Christmas shopping season.
All Christmas gifts can be exchanged up to and including January 9, 2026, upon presentation of a valid gift receipt. Goods can also be returned until January 9, 2026, upon presentation of a purchase receipt.
All other general terms and conditions remain applicable.

STANDARD RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You must inform us of your cancellation within 14 days, in writing (gumpel@gumpel.dk). We would like this to be done in response to your order confirmation. You then have 14 days to send the package. The cancellation period starts from the day you:


a) has received the package

b) has received the last lot, or the last part in physical possession, in the case of an agreement for the supply of a product consisting of several lots or parts;


WHAT SHOULD I DO?

1. Within 14 days of receiving the package, you must inform us in writing of your desired return (gumpel@gumpel.dk). We would like this to be done in response to your order confirmation.

2. Please fill out the cancellation form and enclose it in the package, together with the invoice.

3. Pack the goods securely - you are responsible for ensuring that the package returns to us in the same condition as when received.

4. Within 14 days of notification of return, the package must be sent (at your own expense) directly to our address. We recommend using GLS, as we have experienced problems with other shipping solutions.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION


- It is not necessary to enter account information, as the amount will always be returned to the card you used for payment.


- When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is packaged properly. You bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery.


- We neither accept packages without delivery nor packages sent by cash on delivery.


 - You will bear the direct costs associated with returning the item. This also applies if the package is not picked up at the selected parcel shop within the given period and is therefore returned.


 - Excluded from the right of withdrawal: Delivery of goods that are manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or have been given a clear personal touch - e.g. skis where holes have been drilled for the bindings, or ski boots that are molded.
- Certain goods cannot be returned by normal mail due to their nature. This applies to skis, surfboards or similar items, which can only be sent as bulky packages. However, the costs for returning the goods are expected to be a maximum of approximately DKK 500.
