GENERAL INFORMATION
Accepted payment methods:
When you order an item on our webshop, the amount is reserved in your account immediately. The money is only withdrawn from the account when the package is ready for shipping or it is picked up in the store. We accept the following payment methods:
Delivery

Delivery time: 1 - 5 days
If an ordered item is not available within the normal delivery time, you will be notified.
We deliver in recyclable packaging as much as possible to protect the environment. You will therefore experience that your goods are delivered in, for example, old ski boot boxes or similar. We are responsible for the goods until delivery.
Right of withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us online.

The condition of the item when you return it
When returning the item, it must be in the same condition as when you received it. If you receive an item that is defective, you must inform us of this before returning it. When returning, all labels must be intact and attached to the item. We reserve the right to reject the return, otherwise you will be liable for any deterioration in the value of the item due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and functioning of the item.
To receive a full refund, you must do the same as you would in a physical store. You may try the item out, but not actually use it.
If the item has been tested beyond what is described above, we consider it used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase price back, depending on the commercial value of the item. In some cases, this may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will of course get the amount you have paid to us back.
In the event of a decrease in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase price.
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (this does not apply to additional delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notification that you wish to cancel the agreement.
We will make such a refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
RIGHT OF COMPLAINT
The Danish Sales Act's defect rules may apply to purchases of goods. When you shop at www.gumpel.dk .dk you naturally always have a 24-month right of complaint. This means that you can either have the goods repaired, exchanged, your money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.
It is of course a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other harmful behavior.
Use of the right of complaint
You must make a complaint within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect in the item. Two months after a defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
We will refund reasonable shipping costs in the event of a justified complaint. Also remember to get a receipt for shipping so that we can refund your shipping costs.
In order for the product to be claimed, you must be able to document that the purchase was made from us. If you do not have the order confirmation, we can in some cases find the receipt in our system.
When you complain about the product, please state what the problem is in as much detail as possible.

Reservation of amount
If you pay with an international payment card, the amount will be reserved immediately. The money will be reserved on your card or account until:
1) We deduct the amount when we ship the item, or
2) the money is released according to the agreement with your card issuer.

We do not charge card fees.

We neither accept packages without delivery nor packages sent by cash on delivery.
However, the right of withdrawal is excluded for skis where it is assessed that a "special manufacturing" has taken place - for example but not limited to if the skis are drilled, if we mold ski boots or other modifications are made that make the skis unique to you.
The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase and send the package within the following 14 days. You can send an email to (gumpel@gumpel.dk), where you notify the cancellation and fill out our return form .
You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.
Cancellation of part of the purchase
If you have purchased multiple items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.
Please note that you will not receive a refund for shipping costs if you regret part of your purchase.

We only accept packages that are sent directly to the address.
Please enclose the original invoice and a completed return form: our cancellation form You can also cancel your purchase by returning it in person to the store.
